What You’ll Do
Leadership & Strategy
- Set the vision for our robotics stack- guiding architecture, systems design, and integration.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, embedded, and software disciplines.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align engineering execution with business goals.
- Champion best practices in system development, technical program management, and team scaling.
- Own the full robot architecture, balancing trade-offs across sensors, compute, actuation, and autonomy.
- Oversee the design and implementation of motion planning, perception, control systems, and SLAM.
- Guide development of embedded and real-time systems for performance-critical behavior.
- Ensure all hardware and software components meet safety, reliability, and performance
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years in robotics, with experience shipping full-stack robotic systems.
- Prior leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams, ideally within humanoid, legged, or manipulation-focused robotics.
- A track record of turning R&D into deployed, real-world systems.
- Strong foundation in robotic control, planning, kinematics, and mechatronic systems.
- Proficient in C , Python, and ROS2.
- Experience with embedded systems (RTOS, microcontrollers, FPGA), sensor fusion, and actuator control.
- Familiarity with simulation tools like Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Mujoco, or Webots.
- Bonus: Exposure to reinforcement learning or generative AI for robotics.
