About the Role
The Strategic Partnerships Specialist is a critical driver in Intake Breathing’s B2B growth engine, responsible for prospecting new partners, managing a healthy pipeline, and ensuring existing partners succeed and grow. This hybrid role combines outbound prospecting, account management, and customer success to generate revenue, expand adoption, and maintain strong sell-through across dental, medical, spa, and hospitality verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospect new high-fit dental offices, medical practices, and spa/hospitality clients to establish a steady flow of partnership opportunities.
- Account Management: Own a book of active partner accounts from onboarding through post-sale support, ensuring every partner launches successfully and stays engaged.
- Revenue Expansion: Drive reorders, upsells, and repeat business across retail, affiliate, and consignee programs.
- Sell-Through Support: Coordinate fitment training, staff education, and usage of promotional materials (posters, window clings, displays).
- Refill Tracking: Actively track partner sell-through and planned refill cycles, identifying gaps and creating clear action plans to ensure accounts consistently order.
- Program Compliance: Hold partners accountable for meeting program requirements (e.g., installing marketing materials, staff training) to ensure gatekeeping of free products and wholesale credits.
- Reporting & Progress: Monitor partner activity and pipeline health, tracking performance against planned goals and refill targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Strategic Partnerships leadership to identify high-value opportunities, resolve barriers, and share insights to strengthen messaging and vertical strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or customer success, ideally in B2B, wellness, or healthcare.
- You’re a hunter and a grower: comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and managing warm relationships long-term.
- Exceptionally organized, you manage dozens of accounts and keep all the plates spinning.
- Strong communicator: clear, direct, and professional with partners; confident in holding others accountable to perform.
- Naturally curious, you understand how your actions impact the bottom line and love to connect the dots for growth.
Salary : $64,000 - $78,000
