MAT Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: This position will provide clinical and administrative support for a Medication Assisted Therapy program in an integrated behavioral health outpatient clinic. The MAT LPHA will be a part of an interdisciplinary team treating individuals with a substance use disorder with a combination of medications and wrap-around services including: counseling and case management. Under the supervision of the Program Manager and Program Supervisor, the MAT LPHA will ensure fidelity to the MAT model and works with clinical leadership to ensure timely access to treatment and delivery of appropriate services such as: screening, intake assessment, and counseling. Additionally this position will provide clinical guidance to the assigned Qualified Mental Health Professional providing case management services.

This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and may require the completion of a language competency test. On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Experience:

Preferred:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience working with individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders
• Knowledge of harm reduction principles and interventions

Hours: Workhours; 8:00AM - 5:00PM Workdays; Monday - Friday 

Salary: $62,306.00 - $79,403 annually, depending on licensed experience.

Position is eligible for differential pay.

• Second Shift: $3.25
• Third Shift: $4.25
• Weekend Shift: $5.00
