We’re looking for a Global Project Manager (GPM) to join our Project Management Chapter, supporting Companion Diagnostics (CDx) product development and product care activities. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented project leader who thrives in regulated environments and enjoys turning complex initiatives into successful, on-time product outcomes.
🔍 Role Overview
As a Global Project Manager, you’ll be accountable for end-to-end project and program management, driving initiatives from concept through completion. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery, manage risks, and enable data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.

You will own project, program, and product structures for CDx development, including:
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Timelines, resource, and budget planning
- Progress, cost control, and risk management
- Portfolio-level reporting and scenario analysis
đź§ Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Leadership
- Drive integrated project plans, managing dependencies, resources, and budgets
- Serve as the single source of truth for project and program data
- Lead project team meetings and promote knowledge sharing
Planning, Execution & Governance
- Maintain integrated project plans aligned with governance requirements
- Lead milestone and capacity reviews (cQCR, SCR, fQCR, as applicable)
- Support Life Cycle Teams (LCTs) and governance bodies with accurate planning data
Risk, Scenario & Performance Management
- Identify and manage project risks impacting timelines, budgets, and outcomes
- Perform critical path and scenario analysis to optimize value delivery
- Define and report KPIs, metrics, OKRs, and OBP results
Methodology & Continuous Improvement
- Apply Agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies as appropriate
- Coach teams in Agile and SAFe-based program management practices
- Share best practices to drive continuous improvement
Strategic Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing a 360° organizational view
- Enable portfolio-level decision-making through high-quality planning insights
👤 Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences preferred)
- 4 years of project management, engineering, or business experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharma, or biotech
- 1 year experience in areas such as:
- Clinical biomarker or IVD development
- Companion diagnostics
- Analytical/clinical validation
- Regulatory submissions
- Instrument or systems development
- Program management
- Experience working in regulated environments (FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485/9001)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience or
- PhD with 3 years of project management experience
- 3 years in CDx, IVD development, validation, regulatory submissions, or program management
Salary : $60 - $62
