What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Representative position at Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI )?
Duties:
Position is hybrid in Bloomfield CT office - 3 days in office, 2 WAH.
SCHEDULE:
Knowledge and understanding of Medical coding is a plus. The incumbent will have the ability to positively impact the accuracy and efficiency of the data entered. Candidate selected for this role will work closely with the COB Analysts, IT support, and management to communicate completed data entry projects daily as well as correct any errors timely and efficiently.
Complete data entry in our Professional and Facility Access Databases on a timely basis, meeting or exceeding assigned delivery dates. Utilize all sites, systems, and tools needed to effectively complete projects as needed such as: Access, IView, Xnet, Reference Documents, SharePoint, Iris, and Customer Support Center, Outlook and Excel.
Maintain monthly target productivity metrics for both Professional and Facility Coordination of Benefits manual data entry (including electronic CBOR records).
Perform quality reviews of all manual and electronic records based on standard protocols and make corrections as needed.
Maintain target accuracy rates.
Be responsive to audit feedback from Analysts, or management, completing all corrections on a timely basis.
Behave ethically and in compliance with applicable laws when conducting *** business by ensuring participating in mandatory training courses and adhering to ***'s Code of Ethics and related policies.
Work effectively with peers, Analysts and management to deliver quality COB results. Be responsive to their inquiries.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2 years’ experience in claims, medical coding and Health Insurance a plus.
Skills:
