Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician to join our established pediatrics practice in Fergus Falls, MN. Our team provides comprehensive primary care services to children and adolescents, including well visits, general pediatric visits, sports physicals, and treatment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in conjunction with external mental health facilities.

The successful candidate will participate in an equitable on-call rotation and contribute to the growth of our dedicated pediatric department within a multi-specialty clinic. Inpatient rounding on the Pediatric Floor and Newborn Nursery is also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong preference for working in a state-of-the-art medical facility like ours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency care as needed
• Contribute to the growth of our pediatric department through collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Perform inpatient rounding on the Pediatric Floor and Newborn Nursery

Requirements:

• Certification by the American Board of Pediatrics strongly preferred; board eligibility required
• Licensed to practice medicine and hold a DEA license in Minnesota
• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
• Residency or fellowship in pediatrics or pediatric sub-specialty
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• BLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
