What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician-Medical Doctor-OB/GYN position at Integrity Healthcare.?
We are seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join our team at Integrity Healthcare. This established practice sees patients for various gynecologic and obstetric needs, including annual exams, anxiety & depression screening, STDs, HPV, infertility, birth control, colon screening, perimenopause & menopause, high-risk pregnancies, endometrial ablation, hysterectomies, prenatal care, pre-surgical exams, & gynecologic surgery.
The practice is a trauma level 3 hospital with the nearest level 1 trauma center an hour away. We offer a 2-year partnership track and an established patient base drawn from 7 clinics serving a population of 70,000. Our labor and delivery department has 4 beds, and we have a 1:4 on-call schedule.
Board certification is preferred, but board eligibility is required. Our physicians average 325 deliveries per year (30% cesarean). We also offer in-house specialty support, including allergy/asthma, otolaryngology, cardiology, dermatology, and more.
Our requirements include an active Minnesota Medical License upon hire and board certification or eligibility. Compensation and benefits include full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, group health insurance, disability insurance, and malpractice insurance.
Additional benefits include 6 weeks of paid time off, a sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, paid professional dues, licensing, and memberships, as well as an annual CME allowance. We also offer a profit-sharing plan, cash balance plan, and employer contributions to a 401K plan.

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
