What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at integrity Realty Group, LLC?
We are seeking a few maintenance technicians to join our Shaker team.
The successful candidate will have a broad background in maintenance, repair, and installation including:
- electrical
- plumbing
- general carpentry and masonry work
- preventive maintenance
- HVAC
In addition to completing work orders, techs also assist in maintaining the grounds and preparing apartments for future residents. Good customer service and a pleasant demeanor are important.
Must be able to handle the physical requirements of the position which may include shoveling snow and lifting 50 pounds.
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation to use for work, and your own hand tools are all requirements.
