Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Functional Consultant to work onsite in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between clients and technical teams, driving requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end Teamcenter PLM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface directly with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Teamcenter solutions
- Lead solution design, development coordination, and delivery across Teamcenter implementations
- Drive end-to-end (E2E) Teamcenter PLM implementations
- Proactively identify new scope and improvement opportunities and propose value-added solutions
- Provide functional expertise across Teamcenter modules including:
- CAD integration
- BOM management
- Change management
- Manufacturing process planning
- Support solution architecting and ensure alignment with business and engineering needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Provide functional guidance and support during implementation and post-go-live phases
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Teamcenter PLM design, configuration, customization, and implementation
- Hands-on knowledge of CAD integrations, BOM, change management, and manufacturing modules
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional consulting, and solution design
- Excellent customer management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of Teamcenter functional modules
- Exposure to Teamcenter development background is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- BE / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience working in onsite client-facing roles
- Ability to work independently and proactively in fast-paced environments
