Job Responsibilities
- Implement best practice nursing care for post-acute residents
- Monitor resident conditions and provide updates
- Measure and document basic vital signs
- Assist residents with ADLs
- Promote a clean and safe environment
- Transport residents and assist with movements
- Interact with residents to keep them engaged and build trusting relationships
- Follow care plans and applicable rules, regulations, and policies
- Bridge communications between staff, residents, and family members
Qualifications and Skills
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology
- Detail-oriented and effective communication skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
