Position Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Yearbook Representative and play a key role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and the timely delivery of high-quality yearbooks. In this role, you will interact with both new and existing customers, setting up yearbooks, confirming orders, and maintaining regular monthly contact. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues positively and ensuring the accuracy of layouts and paperwork. Additionally, you'll handle creating invoices, processing payments, and tracking orders through production. You'll also have the opportunity to explore add-on sales, reach out to referral schools, and follow up with former customers.

Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills.
- Prior Customer Service experience.
- Drug Screen.
Abilities and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions and teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in layouts and paperwork.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Project management skills to handle the yearbook production process from start to finish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring collaboration and support in a dynamic environment.
