Shifts: Flexible 12-hour shifts available – Day (6am-6pm) OR Night (6pm-6am). Enjoy a balanced work schedule with 4 shifts one week and 3 shifts the next.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $29-$42, commensurate with your expertise and experience.

What You'll Do:
As a vital member of our maintenance team, you'll take on a range of responsibilities designed to keep our production lines at peak performance. Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance to optimize equipment efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues across various production lines.
• Collaborating closely with operators and the management team on process improvements.
• Transitioning production lines for diverse product outputs with precision.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our glue and adhesive systems, as well as other key machinery components.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

• A proactive problem-solver with experience in food facility environments.
• Proficient with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), SAP preferred.
• A strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting talent, capable of working with a variety of systems and equipment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a knack for preventive strategies that avoid downtime and hazards.
• Familiarity with boiler operations, industrial maintenance tools, and safety standards in food production.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED, with a solid background in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Experience with sanitizing chemicals and handling non-toxic food products is a plus.
• Training in forklift and pallet jack operation is beneficial.
