Job Description:
We are hiring reliable and hardworking individuals to join a food production team in Linden, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in consistent attendance and being a team player. The position involves working in a refrigerated environment (around 38°F) and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
- Pack, sort, and handle food products in a refrigerated warehouse environment
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to arrive by 5:20 AM daily
- Comfortable working in cold conditions (around 38°F)
- Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
- Prior warehouse or food production experience is a plus, but not required
