This firm are a top Am law 50 firm who specializes in general corporate practice with over 14 offices worldwide.
The Role
Their corporate and financial lawyers have a wealth of knowledge in order to work on a variety of domestic and foreign operations such as:
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Capital Markets and Securities Transactions
- Emerging Company/Venture Capital
- Corporate Governance
- Exchange Act Compliance Experience.
The Candidate
- The successful candidate will be working with the firm in their corporate & finance group.
- Qualified candidates must have at least three years of experience in corporate transactional work, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation.
- Strong negotiating, drafting, and teamwork skills are necessary.
