**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services - Handle reservations and cancellations accurately - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times **Skills:** - Experience in guest services or hospitality industry - Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management - Ability to perform night audit duties is a plus - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency preferred - Familiarity with phone systems Joining our team as a Front Desk Agent offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer service excellence is paramount. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.28 - $17.00 per hour
