What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Dispatcher / Project Specialist position at Intermountain Systems?
Intermountain systems is seeking a full time Service dispatcher / Project Specialist. Job duties include but not limited to.
communicating with customers, and team members to execute on project plans, service repair issues. Developing positive relationships customers, team members, fielding questions and resolving issues and complaints. Scheduling staff using app based service program.
Executing on projecrts, plans, specifications action plans, timelines, and scheduling task assignments to be completed. Functioning as the client's primary point of contact. Overseeing administrative matters related to assigned projects.
Project start-up and close-out activities ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, documents are submitted, and the project meets all applicable standards.
Job is hybrid with in person and on site / office work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $38.57 per hour
