Job Description: Project Team Member / The Project Implementation Specialist works under the Director of Technology Services with the Projects Team to solve business problems while building, securing, and otherwise improving the infrastructure that will drive the success of our clients.

Duties:
- Participate in daily standups with project team to share progress made and next steps on projects.

• Work with other members of the team to collaborate on client projects when appropriate.
• Track all time spent working on all projects accurately as the day progresses.
• Provide 36 – 40 of “billable” time defined as time worked on assigned projects or tasks.
• Support clients and internal staff in efforts related to implementation of projects you or your team have worked on.
• Work on multiple projects and deliver on milestones.
• Complete projects meeting the quality and consistency that ICSI and our clients expectations.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service (in person, on the phone, and in writing) skills.
• Hands-on experience with network equipment (including but not limited to routers, firewalls, gateways, managed switches, VPN concentrators).
• Windows Server (2012 and higher) / Active Directory.
• Windows 10 and 11.
• Office 365 / Microsoft 365 / Entra ID.
• ConnectWise Automate / Manage.
• Datto, Veeam Backup.
• SonicWall, Cisco Meraki.
• Sentinel One, Webroot, Barracuda, Avanan.
• Intune/MDM.
• Willing to work on Macs when needed.

Qualifications:

• 7 years minimum system administrator experience.
• Microsoft Certifications (preferred).
• Highly self-motivated individual.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing and delivering results on time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically with technical vision.
• Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
• Exceptional customer service skills, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Must be accessible by phone or email outside normal business hours.
• A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of tasks and projects.
