Qualifications
- Ability to manage complexity well and demonstrated experience managing across functions and businesses to accomplish large scale goals in a large, public company environment
- Confidence, good judgment, energy and personality to work in a dynamic, multi-business unit environment across all levels of management and across business units and functions
- Strong end-to-end process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills, time management, risk assessment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence people indirectly and work with people in multi-functional roles
- Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation and influencing skills, including the ability to raise issues appropriately to the right level internally and externally to resolve
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with minimum of 4 years' experience; Public Accounting experience CPA/MBA desirable; equivalent experience will be considered
- Working knowledge of Oracle R12, Oracle R12 fixed asset module, Coupa, and reporting platforms such as Qliksense & Business Objects desirable
- Strong PC, worksheet (excel, google sheets) and word processing skills
Responsibilities
- Handles details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
- Extensive calendar management and coordination
- Creates strong relationships/partnerships across the EA Community
- Partners across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes
- Quickly learns background and context to enable independent thinking and decision making with limited data
- Event planning to include support for large meetings, off-sites and team motivation events
- Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/ meetings of senior staff and Board Members and other outside executives
- Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company
- Works on problems of diverse scope where both analysis of data and judgment is required
- Interfaces directly with senior leaders
- Reports to the SVP of Consumer Group Finance and builds a strong rapport with this leader
- Travel planning and coordination
- Org Chart maintenance for functional group or business unit
- Preparation and tracking of purchase orders
- Work effectively as a team player, working well with peers and members of the greater organization
