Position Qualifications
- Prior legal real estate, lending or title insurance related experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage people, including 1-3 years of prior supervisory experience required.
- Once fully trained, successfully pass the title insurance licensing examination.
- Education: Completion of 4- year college degree or equivalent training and experience.
Position Highlights:
- Evaluate performance of branch staff based on production and quality goals.
- Monitor branch underwriting and perform regular underwriting file reviews to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Cooperate and collaborate with Marketing Manager to maximize agency profitability and effectiveness.
- Underwrite and key an acceptable number of commitments, policies and endorsements according to branch production and quality goals.
