Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI models, and end-to-end ML pipeline development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python and/or Java, comfortable working with large datasets, and capable of deploying scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and train ML models for classification, prediction, recommendation, and generation tasks.
- Develop and fine-tune NLP models for use cases like chatbots, document summarization, sentiment analysis, and NER.
- Work with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, DALL E) for tasks such as text generation and augmentation.
- Write clean, scalable code in Python and Java to support ML workflows.
- Deploy models using FastAPI, Flask, or TensorFlow Serving via Docker/Kubernetes.
- Monitor and optimize model performance in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Document processes, models, and decision logic for audit and reproducibility.
Required Skills:
- Strong programming experience in Python (required); familiarity with Java (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of NLP techniques, embeddings, and model architectures.
- Experience with generative models (e.g., GPT, T5, DALL E, or GANs).
- Experience in model deployment, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and ML lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases).
- Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and production-grade ML practices.
