We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer who is also a native or fluent Spanish speaker to join our growing team. This role requires deep expertise in Python, NLP, and modern AI/LLM techniques. You'll work on building, optimizing, and deploying large language model (LLM) pipelines, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering frameworks.
Job Descrption:
- Develop and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines using Python
- Implement and fine-tune NLP/LLM models
- Design and deploy RAG architectures using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
- Create and manage APIs for AI/ML model access and interaction
- Conduct prompt engineering and LLM evaluation using tools like LangSmith
- Ensure reliable and secure deployment using libraries like LiteLLM and LLM Guardrails
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, model versioning, and scalable model deployment
- Stay updated with best practices and trends in GenAI and MLOps
