We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional nCino Lead to spearhead the implementation, customization, and support of nCino cloud banking platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and functional banking knowledge, providing leadership in project delivery, system integration, and process optimization within the nCino platform.
Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise with nCino Commercial Banking managed package implementation expertise with nCino modules: Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral etc.
- Must have prior implementation experience at other banks.
- Leads solution design activities of complex requirements, participates in functional workshops to build out the functional Epic/story backlogs
- Lead end-to-end nCino platform implementation, configuration, and customization aligned with banking business needs.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, security standards, and best practices in system design and deployment.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.
- Mentor and lead a team of technical and functional resources involved in nCino projects.
- Stay updated with nCino product updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field. Master s preferred.
- 5 years of experience in banking technology or financial services.
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing nCino platform or similar cloud-based banking solutions.
- Strong understanding of core banking processes and workflows.
- Technical expertise in systems integration, API development, scripting, and data management.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (as nCino is built on Salesforce platform) customization and administration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and actively manage stakeholder expectations.
