Ira Green, Inc. is seeking an energetic and talented Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities will include but not limited to data entry, item research, compiling data, and working on various special projects that support our Planning & Purchasing teams as well as other related duties as assigned by management. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience with administrative and clerical tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving skills including decision making and immediate prioritization of tasks assigned
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including excellent phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels; must be able to work collaboratively with entry-level as well as senior management employees.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Knowledge in Syspro ERP is a plus
- Familiarity with military ranks and terminology is a plus
- Experience working with military consumer products is a plus
