We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs.

We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride.

We have an immediate need for a Temporary Loan Servicing Administrative Assistant to join support our team in our Beverly office located in the Cummings Center,

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for retrieving data from IHF loan management system and accurately preparing balance correspondence to be sent to customers.

Will collaborate with internal teams such as Accounting, Platforms, and Servicing Teams.

Essential Functions :

  • Retrieve and review data for loans meeting business requirements to receive correspondence
  • Research accounts in the loan management system to validate required data for correspondence
  • Identify and review specific accounts to ensure proceed amounts applied meet state law requirements for fair market value, Gross Proceeds from Auction, etc.
  • Collaborate directly with accounting on identified accounts that need credit adjustments
  • Calculate required amount for credit adjustment, (if applicable) and review for accuracy once applied
  • Create and manage a comprehensive system to track requested credit adjustments until completed
  • Maintain detailed records, documentation, and correspondence to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is accessible for reference and audit purposes
  • Create mailing labels and manage mailing supplies
  • Works cross functionally with multiple departments to ensure all aftermarket funds are applied before sending correspondence

Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on business needs.

  • Microsoft Office
