Join a high-impact data team modernizing logistics and operations through powerful analytics and system integration. We’re seeking a Data Engineer with expert-level SQL skills, strong API experience, and a passion for building scalable data pipelines. You'll support real-time decision-making and help modernize systems for one of the Southeast’s most dynamic logistics organizations.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines across SQL Server, IBM DB2, and Azure
- Write complex SQL queries (window functions, CTEs, performance tuning)
- Integrate data systems using RESTful APIs (JSON, tokens, authentication)
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau (Power BI also considered)
- Support data operations from TMS platforms and MFT systems
- Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and analytics teams
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and availability
- Document data flows, structures, and technical processes
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in a Data Engineer or data-centric role
- Advanced SQL skills: joins, indexing, subqueries, optimization
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- RESTful API development and integration
- Proficiency in Tableau (or similar data visualization tools)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
