Brand Marketing Coordinator
Atlanta based (hybrid 1-2 days/week in person)
About the Role
It’s Especially Lucky is looking for a highly creative, detail obsessed Marketing Coordinator to own and execute our brand presence across store, social, email, SMS, events, and community touchpoints.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Canva, understands how brand identity shows up everywhere, and loves turning ideas into beautifully executed marketing materials that actually drive engagement, foot traffic, and bookings.
You’ll work closely with the founder to bring campaigns to life — from community events and charm bar experiences to in-store merchandising and private corporate event marketing.
If you love aesthetics, organization, storytelling, and making things look effortlessly on-brand, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
Brand Identity & Visual Consistency
Own and maintain brand consistency across:
- In-store signage & flyers
- Social media
- Email & SMS
- Community private event materials
Design on-brand assets using Canva (this is a must)
Ensure everything feels cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably It’s Especially Lucky
Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo)
Write, design, and schedule:
- Community event promotions
- Product & charm bar announcements
- Private & corporate event promotions
Build and manage campaigns in Klaviyo
Collaborate on messaging that feels fun, personal, and on-brand
Support list growth and engagement
Community Events & Listings
- Write and design event listings (Eventbrite internal)
- Create all promotional assets for community events
- Coordinate timelines and promotional schedules
- Ensure each event feels exciting, clear, and well-marketed
Social Media Management
- Support all brand social accounts
- Collaborate on creating on-brand content (graphics, carousels, videos)
- Handle engagement (DMs, comments, community interaction)
- Collaborate on campaigns and launches
- Social content creation is not the primary focus — brand visibility, consistency, and presence is
Pinterest & SEO
Manage and grow our Pinterest presence
Create and post Pins with:
- Strong visuals
- Proper keywords
- SEO-optimized titles & descriptions
Maintain consistent posting cadence
Support long-term brand discovery and traffic
Sales & Event Support
Design Canva PDFs and one-pagers for:
- Private events
- Corporate events
- In-store promotions
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have everything they need to book events confidently
Update materials as offerings evolve
Campaign Collaboration
Collaborate directly with the founder on:
- New marketing campaigns
- Seasonal moments
- Events & launches
Help plan campaigns across:
- Social
- SMS
- In-store touchpoints
Execute campaigns from idea → launch
Who You Are
- A Canva queen (non-negotiable)
- Are based in or near Atlanta
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong writer with a warm, fun, elevated tone
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excited about community, events, and in-person experiences
- Passionate about brand building and aesthetics
- Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented

Contract to Hire Structure
- This role will begin as a 3-month contract position, with the intention to transition into a full-time role at the end of the contract period based on performance, collaboration, and overall fit.
- The contract period allows both sides to ensure alignment across:
- Brand vision & creative execution
- Communication and ownership
- Workflow, timelines, and deliverables
Exceptional performance during the contract phase will be considered for full-time employment.
