Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Lead at It’s Especially Lucky, based in Atlanta, GA. The Sales Lead will oversee daily sales operations, engage with customers to deliver exceptional service, and drive sales through product knowledge and relationship building. Responsibilities include training and supporting team members, actively contributing to sales strategies, and maintaining the charm-building experience. As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and interactive environment for customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect effectively with customers and team members
- Sales and Sales Management capabilities for driving revenue and managing sales strategies
- Experience in Training team members to enhance performance and foster professional growth
- Proven ability to manage a team and maintain organized store operations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Background in jewelry or retail sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a bonus
