At JD Billy Hines Trucking Inc, we are seeking a skilled Tractor Trailer Diesel Mechanic to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced diesel mechanic with a strong background in truck and trailer repair. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of mechanical knowledge experience, 3 years of verifiable diesel/truck repair experience, and 3 years of verifiable trailer repair experience. In addition, the successful candidate will possess welding & cutting skills, own tools & toolbox efficient for job requirements, including air tools and cordless tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tractor trailers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Repair and replace parts as needed
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
The successful candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment written skills assessment and hold a valid driver's license / Medical Card. A CDL license is a plus.
