Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Role Summary:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to account management, new account development, cost estimating, customer service, and other related duties.
Essential Responsibility:
- Maintain awareness of orders and have to ability to answer internal and external questions
- Customer service and account management.
- Customer account development, actively bringing in new customers.
- Estimating the costs associated with manufacturing bolts.
- Assigning appropriate profit margins to estimates.
- Selling bolts primarily via phone and email to a customer base made up of contractors, steel fabricators, pole manufacturers and other construction related companies.
- Sales order entry, order checking and quote follow up.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Maintain and provide current understanding of the company systems, company product, company daily processes.
- Maintain current understanding of customer accounts.
- Maintain and provide current understanding of bolt specifications, estimating procedures, and salesmanship skills.
- Good technical writing, documentation, and record keeping skills.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to review basic shop drawings to formalize quotes.
- Ability to contribute in a fast paced and cross functional collaborative team oriented environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Able to travel as needed.

- 4-year college degree

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
