THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: *

We are looking to hire an exceptional, communicative, persuasive inside sales representative to deliver the most efficient, highest quality sales experience possible. This is a full-time, on-site, in-office role based in Jacksonville, FL. Previous HVAC experience is required but we will provide on-the-job, paid training to allow for higher compensation, faster growth, and leadership opportunities.*
As a Residential HVAC Inside Sales Representative, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to provide customers with solutions for their home AC/Heating needs and ensure desired sales metrics. You will communicate via phone, email, and text messaging with prospects and clients to offer estimates on residential heating and cooling systems, and present options effectively to lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Receive high volume inbound customer service calls to schedule appointments for estimates, prepare quotes, and update existing prospect/client information.
- Communicate with outside sales representatives and technicians to ensure seamless transition and service.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers, prospects, and leads to offer sales quotes on services and systems.
- Administrative tasks to improve sales and install support and communication.
- Establish rapport and determine customer needs, requirements, and expectations in order to create customized affordable air care solutions.
- Conduct post-sales call follow-up to ensure all quotes, information, and pricing is received.
- Track results in sales automation and customer management systems to assist in marketing efforts.
- Assist with call board and the dispatch of technicians.
- Refer unresolved customer complaints to management for further investigation/resolution.
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Learn call scripts and proper replies and apply them to appropriate situations as needed.
- Promote and sell new and additional products/services.
Your primary goal as head of inside sales is to promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls and placing outbound calls to book appointments while ensuring efficiency. PREFERENCES, EXPECTATIONS, EDUCATION, AND REQUIREMENTS: *

Required: HVAC Sales Experience (preferably in residential HVAC or Home Services industry)
- Preferred: Experience using multi-line phone systems
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Computer Skills: Office, Google, and Email proficiency
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
- Ability to maintain a positive attendance record
- Strong verbal and written communications
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
- Motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life
- Complete sales in a timely manner, treating customers and employees with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with customers, manager, dispatcher, and service
