Responsible for assisting the IT Department in managing various computer systems, telephone systems and data processing related tasks. They are responsible for personal computer installation and maintenance, as well as software application auditing. They are responsible for terminating cable at customer premise and distribution facilities. Requirements: Associates degree with an emphasis in Information Systems related field one (1) to two (2) years experience working with Personal Computer software and hardware within a TCP/IP network environment. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Ability to perform as a team member. Critical thinking. Must be able to work on several projects at once and be able to keep items prioritized. Basic computer network knowledge. Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook. Previous work history that demonstrates steady attendance and punctuality is essential.
