Functions of Role:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Cleanliness and organizational skills
- Sense of urgency
- Team oriented
- Assist with putting together prep list for staff
- Be able to conduct and process Sysco orders
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of restaurant
- Helping other employees set up in kitchen
- Set tone and duties for employees for each day
