About the Position
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cardiology Department. As an LPN in this role, you will perform nursing functions for both inpatients and outpatients in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiology Department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments.
- Documenting patient care given.
- Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assisting patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluating learning needs of patients and families and providing patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
