- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, including basic food handling tasks.
- Ensure that all items are properly stored after washing and drying.
- Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen area regularly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation.
