Job Summary:
The Carpentry Supervisor leads multiple carpentry crews working on new construction and renovation projects across various locations. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing personnel, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with strong carpentry skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and traveling as needed. Occasional hands-on work may be required. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6am-2:30pm. The individual must have the availability to work overtime and travel to job sites, which may include out-of-town stays.

What you’ll do:
- Supervise multiple carpentry crews (each ranging from 4–6 team members) working on various projects across multiple locations.
- Coordinate scheduling, task assignment, and material delivery across all active job sites.
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and other trade supervisors to ensure seamless workflow and job progression.
- Provide guidance on general construction, cabinetry, and finish work.
- Ensure all carpentry tasks are completed safely, accurately, and to specification.
- Review blueprints and specifications and oversee their implementation.
- Step in to assist with finish carpentry or related tasks such as drywall and painting when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of crew hours, project progress, and material use.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure team adherence to all company, state, and federal regulations.
What you’ll need:
- A high school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
- A valid driver's license.
- Construction and carpentry experience required.
- Physical stamina to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational and time management skills.
