Essential Duties and Percent of Time Spent:
Perform proper cleaning procedures as required for equipment utilized in the FPTC for customer testing, demonstration and training activities.

Assist in developing programs to ensure the maintenance of all FPTC facilities and equipment are properly organized, cleaned and maintained in a sanitary condition, suitable for inspection and/or use.

Set-up, level, adjust, and inspect all food processing lines for subsequent FPTC testing or demonstration as directed

Secure FPTC each night. Lock doors and cabinets. Shut down all equipment, dispose of all trash, and turn off lights and air handling units
