QA Associate - Operations (Contract)

Location: Mansfield, Massachusetts (4–5 days/week onsite)

Type: Contract (9 months, with potential for extension or conversion)

Compensation: $35-$40/hr

Our client is seeking a QA Associate – Operations to provide hands-on quality support across manufacturing, validation, and facility operations in a fast-paced biopharma environment. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure GMP compliance and audit readiness.

Ideal background:

  • 2–5 years of experience in QA, Manufacturing, or QC within a GMP-regulated setting
  • Hands-on, floor-facing QA experience supporting manufacturing operations
  • Experience with electronic systems such as SAP or Veeva Vault (or similar)

Salary : $35 - $40
