JCW Search is currently partnered with a drug manufacturing company for their site in Northampton County, PA seeking a Controller for their site. This position is crucial for their plant operations.
Day to day you will:
- Work with the Site Head and fellow site leaders to ensure ensure production and finances are in accordance with expectation
- Responsible for drafting and managing site budgets and forecasting
- Work with the manufacturing teams to ensure inventory management and budgets
To be successful you should have:
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, ideally pharma or similar regulated industries
- Experience using SAP
- Experience with cost accounting
