Under close and direct supervision, provide basic, routine support for one or more construction or administration-related functions including but not limited to project management, estimating, safety, accounting, etc., to support Company policies and objectives and which provide meaningful real-world, hands-on experience to complement on-going college-level classroom education.
Campus Interns will have the opportunity to:
- Configure and ship intern hardware for upcoming intern season.
- Prepare laptops for new hires and upgrade eligible laptops in accordance with the documented provisioning process.
- Provide instructions to end users and performing desktop system installations and upgrades.
- Coordinate and tracks assets across the technology asset life cycle.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical end users.
- Document and maintain up to date policies and procedures.
- Maintains records of daily data communication, transactions, problems, remedial actions taken and installation activities.
- Conducts regular audits of end user assets and suggests or directs actionitems to correct discrepancies.
