Location: Jessie Lord Bakery, LLC Job Summary: This position works cooperatively with company staff and outside brokers to deliver exceptional customer and sales support while meeting and increasing sales objectives. Must possess a strong customer service background and in-store bakery sales experience. Essential Job Functions Manage profitable growth and development of assigned accounts, increasing account penetration. Develop key business relationships with customers resulting in a consistent and growing revenue stream. Manage broker network. Understand strategies and implement them with customers' key decision-makers. Develop accurate monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiency. Tracks and analyzes sales performance against volume, promotions, etc. Maintains and reports competitive marketplace information. Support functions involving pre and post-order management issues. Demonstrate a competency level of product, production process and capabilities as well as the internal order management system. Demonstrate the ability to professionally manage customer telephone calls and emails while performing other required tasks Respond to customer inquiries, price and delivery requests, warning of shipping delays, shipment confirmation and order reschedules. Manage the entry and data integrity of customer price lists and customer pricing and bidding process. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of In-store bakery sales experience Experience in highly seasonal/high volume environment preferred 25% - 30% travel required or as needed Able to prepare sales presentations Must be available to travel to the Production Plant (Torrance, CA) for training, required meetings and during peak season if needed.
