Jim Riehl's Friendly Ford of Charlevoix is the fastest growing Ford dealer in Northern Michigan and we attribute that success to focusing on the service department and giving great customer service. Due to the fact that our service department has nearly doubled in business in just under 2 years of Friendly taking over we are looking for a hard working, self-motivated certified, trained, and licensed service technician, that is ASE certified. We are family owned and operated looking to grow and expand our business in the sales, service, and body shop departments. We are growing our service department in both mobile service business and commercial vehicle business w/ Ford, and putting our customer's first. We offer paid holiday pay, up to 3 weeks paid vacation, full healthcare w/ dental, vision, AFLAC, flex spending options and a 401k w/ a match. We have newer equipment and are in the process of buying more equipment to meet commercial vehicle standards and update our shop. We are offering a signing bonus or relocation bonus, along with a retention bonus based on time with dealer and training levels. We have great hours open until 5 pm 5 days a week and no Saturday's.
