RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
Key Competencies:
- Attention to detail - ability to quickly assemble required documents to title a vehicle and submit supporting documentation to lenders.
- Technology savvy - ability to demonstrate value to the client and offer protection packages to the client that will provide an exceptional ownership experience.
- Organization skills - Strong organization and time management proficiency
- Process oriented - ability to streamline the flow of important documents to the titling department , accounting department and improve the speed at which deals are processed

Requirements
- Must Have Two or more years of automotive finance experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Proven record of product sales and finance penetration
- Strong relationships with lending institutions with references
- Notary license a plus
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
- Must have Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
- Must be able to pass a pre screen background and drug test.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relating abilities.
- Positive attitude and demeanor.
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve set sales target goals.
- Available to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
