Primary Duties:
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Effectively present and demonstrate our vehicle inventory.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and industry trends.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and educate customers on vehicle features and benefits.
- Prepare and present clear and concise sales proposals tailored to each customer's needs.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to test drives and final delivery.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company dress code.
- Participate actively in dealership meetings and training sessions

Requirements
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- Ability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
