JLL is currently seeking an Analyst to join our team and support our renewable energy and energy transition investment banking practice in the Americas. This role provides an excellent opportunity for immediate exposure to investment banking transactions and allows you to collaborate with experienced professionals in the renewable energy and low-carbon sectors.

- The Analyst will work as part of deal teams advising on investment banking transactions within the renewable energy and energy transition space
- Responsibilities include assisting in the creation of marketing materials, client presentations, financial models, investment due diligence, industry studies, capital markets analyses, and other workstreams, while gaining valuable experience in client and investor interactions
- Beyond transactional work, the Analyst will participate in building the business and shaping JLL's strategies. This may involve engaging in research initiatives aligned with your interests in climate finance
- The Analyst will have the opportunity to contribute to new business development efforts under the mentorship of JLL's senior leadership

- Analyst base salaries and end-of-year bonuses are competitive with elite boutique and bulge-bracket investment banks
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Demonstrated interest in the renewable energy industry and environmental finance is crucial
- 1-3 years relevant work experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in renewable energy finance or investment
- Strong financial modeling, presentation and writing capabilities required
- JLL will also consider candidates with professional experience in investment banking, principal investing, project finance or the finance group of an energy or power-related company
- Strong financial modeling, accounting, excel and PowerPoint skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and preference to work in a culture with substantial client exposure
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire for career progression
- The position is based in New York City with occasional travel requirements
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
