What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Coordinator position at JLL?
Facilities Coordinator will directly support the Facility Manager and team by monitoring the maintenance and services of all facilities operations within the region.
Monitors facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget.
Monitors and coordinates with the RFM the work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Completes all facilities related reports accurately and on time following the client's policies for record keeping.
General Store/Dock duties
Maintain and record all required paperwork.
Interface professionally with plant customers
Place incoming material in designated areas in crib.
Essential Functions:
Ensure client satisfaction with site leadership team by providing a seamless interface of the client real estate organization and facilities through leadership, responsiveness and creativity that develops and maintains a positive relationship.
Act as a liaison to JLL Facility Team
Helps support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings.
Supports requests associated with JLL Management, Operations and Financial audits for the Central region.
Assist Regional Facility Manager with tactical planning for the regional facilities team's goals and objectives.
Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or other services providers.
Resolves problems associated with all building services including janitorial, interior furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
Coordinates service work in support of client or JLL
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with the site contacts within the Central region.
Assists management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary. Provides facility specific assistance with projects as needed or requested.
Acts as an interface with OSM and Excel.Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance.Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.
Reads and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
Ensures appropriate follow up with customers.
Seeks to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction.
Provides direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption, as needed.
Ensures all supply orders are placed in a timely manner; comply with all JLL sourcing directives.

Verify all incoming materials match packing slip quantities and description.
Process all goods disbursements into SAP - Maintain 100% accountability of all incoming/outgoing material.

Ensure high quality work output by developing, planning, and utilizing organizational skills.
