Position Summary: JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Financial and Project Tracking Coordinator to join our multi-site team. This role will be responsible for managing financial updates, maintaining project trackers, and supporting project management activities across multiple J&J sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Prepare monthly financial reports for multi-site projects Analyze budget variances and identify cost-saving opportunities Liaise with various JLL and J&J departments to gather and verify financial data Project Tracking:
Update and maintain project tracking systems multi-site initiatives Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely data Reporting and Analysis:
Deliver monthly status reports combining financial and project performance data Highlight key issues, risks, and opportunities for leadership review Support ad-hoc financial and project analysis requests Cross-functional Collaboration:
Act as main point of contact for financial and project tracking queries Work closely with JLL and J&J stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Contribute to process improvements in financial and project tracking
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of experience in financial reporting or project tracking
Proficiency in Excel and project management tools Strong attention to detail and communication skills Experience with financial reporting software and project management systems Preferred Qualifications:
