What are the responsibilities and job description for the Services Coordinator position at JLL?

Ensure all outgoing mail functions including metering, printing, collating, and preparing sales and marketing materials for distribution to internal and external accounts are performed and completed with the exceptional standard expected and all SLAs are met.

Ensure all transportation and delivery duties are met by the team.

Technical aptitude suited to, but not limited to Audio Visual setup and trouble shooting in support of meetings and teleconference work.


Work in collaboration with BCBSRI & NTT Data (print fulfillment team) to coordinate timely and accurate completion of required mailings.

Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages, supplies and other items to internal customers and tenants.

Collect and prepare outgoing overnight express letters and packages. Maintain correct receipt and delivery logs to ensure accuracy and to service follow-up inquiries.

Assist in the loading and unloading of company delivery vehicles, collection of material for confidential destruction, and shipping and receiving duties.

Sort and deliver incoming USPS mail to established mail drops and personnel in the company's campus and satellite buildings. Collect outgoing USPS mail during courier runs and on request and forward for processing.
Perform duties in support of the inventory control function to ensure the safe and orderly shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution of raw paper stock, forms, envelopes, internally and externally printed advertising and product material.

Assist team with department initiatives and projects.


Adapt to changing and new emerging procedures and policies. Participate and complete trainings and/ certifications related to new systems and equipment.


Perform documentation tasks associated with department policy and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.
