Job DescriptionRail Practice Group (RPG) - Manager, Real Estate Customer Projects
POSITION BRIEF
This individual will be responsible for providing the highest quality service to RPG clients and reports directly to the Director of Real Estate Customer Projects. This individual will be a direct point of contact and have direct responsibility and accountability for managing projects as assigned. This individual is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the management of their projects in a manner that is consistent with the client's goals. Please note this is a Hybrid opportunity subject to Corporate Policy changes.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and be the direct point of contact for a portfolio of projects:
Work with client to complete required projects
Attend regular calls to discuss pending projects
Meet or exceed all goals and objectives
Prepare weekly reports and/or status updates regarding the current status of pending projects
Serve as an information resource for the client - conduct research, compile data and perform special projects as needed
Support client managers and other client inquiries and facilitate resolution
Consistently provide the highest quality service to RPG client and their customers
Update and maintain the information related to your projects in the transaction databases
Develop and maintain positive relationships with client's internal departments
Travel if necessary
Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Related bachelor's degree
5 years real estate experience, preferably with some direct transaction background
3 years direct railroad and/or right of way real estate experience preferred
Valid real estate license preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, project management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under tight timeframes
Ability to multi-task
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Salesforce experience is a plus
Project management skills required
Must possess organizational skills and have great attention to detail
