In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Receive and store raw materials, picks and packs product for shipment, and ship orders Inspect materials for orders verifying accurate quantity, lot number, expiration dates and product part number Reconcile inventory and may perform cycle counts and data entry functions as assigned
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) 0-2 years of experience
Identifies and solves routine problems in work area with management team Operates powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and requires the willingness and ability to cross train and work in multiple areas of the facility as needed
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience working on high-performing teams in fast-paced environments Computer experience using Oracle and Microsoft applications a plus Prior experience in working in an FDA/ISO regulated environment.
FORKLIFT DRIVER POSITION:
The Distribution Specialist 1st Shift (Forklift Driver) assists with and/or performs receiving and shipping functions accurately in a high-volume and fast-paced distribution operation.
Forklift and hazardous material certified, the incumbent receives stores, cycle counts, picks, packs and ships materials; loads and unloads materials; may inspect materials; creates documentation; reconciles inventory and performs data entry.
