What you’ll be doing:
● Daily bookkeeping and account reconciliation
● Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
● Running bi-monthly payroll (inclusive of commissions and expense reimbursements)
● Company Checking and Savings account balance monitoring/monthly reconciliation
● Assisting with company legal and tax compliance needs
● ad hoc projects as needed
Required Skills:
● Associates Degree or above (or equivalent experience) in accounting, finance, or related field
● Previous bookkeeping experience
● Strong payroll experience
● Background using MS office
● NetSuite experience preferred, but not required
● Stellar organization and attention to detail
